Pursuant to the Trustee Act, 1925.

NOTICE is hereby given that all creditors and persons having any claims or demands against the estate of George Frederick Jackson late of 64 Clapham Road, Stockwell in the county of London Tile Merchant deceased (who died on the 18th day of July 1938 and whose Will was proved by Robert Braddock Worley of 164 Bishopsgate London, E.C.2, Solicitor, Edward George Jackson of 1, Hainthorpe Road, West Norwood, London, Tile Merchant and Frederick Henry Jackson of 29, Brynland Avenue, Bishopton, Bristol, Schoolmaster the executors therein named on the 5th day of October in the Principal Registry of the Probate Division of the High Court of Justice) are hereby required to send in the particulars of their claims and demands to the undersigned their Solicitors on or before the 19th day of January 1939 and notice is hereby also given that after that day the said executors will proceed to distribute the assets of the deceased among the parties entitled thereto having regard only to the claims of which the said executors shall then have notice, and that they will not be liable for the assets or any part thereof so distributed to any person of whose debt or claim they shall not then have had notice. - Dated this 14th day of November 1938.
